Hazel R. Faz, DVM, is a Veterinary Intern at MedVet Dallas, where she has been part of the team since 2026.
Dr. Faz attended the University of Saint Mary, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences.
Dr. Faz enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and especially appreciates the diagnostic process. One of her favorite parts of the veterinary profession is piecing together a patient’s history, physical examination findings, and diagnostic results to better understand the underlying cause of illness. She finds it rewarding to provide answers for pet owners, develop thoughtful treatment plans, and advocate for her patients while delivering the highest standard of care.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Hazel Faz enjoys continuing to learn and grow within the veterinary profession.
