Dain Bussewitz, MBA, joined MedVet as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in May 2022. He is responsible for supporting the development and execution of organizational plans, driving financial strategy, and optimally deploying capital in support of the organization’s healthy growth and overall sustainability. The accounting, finance, real estate, and pricing teams are under his leadership.
Dain Bussewitz is a well-regarded leader who has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. He is known for his positive energy, growth mindset, and highly collaborative approach. Prior to joining MedVet, Dain served as CFO at TSC Apparel, CFO at Jockey, VP of Finance at Alliance Data, VP of Finance at Abercrombie & Fitch, and VP of Strategy at Staples. Earlier in his career, he spent more than seven years at Nike.
When not at work, you will find Dain spending time with his family, running, playing tennis, or cheering on his kids at their activities. Like most at MedVet, his family also includes a couple of pets; a Vizsla named Shelby and a bunny named Mable.
